Olivier van Beemen

Olivier van Beemen works for the investigative website Follow the Money and has published in international media such as The Guardian, Le Monde, NRC and The Continent. In 2019, he won a Tegel, the most prestigious prize in Dutch journalism. His book Heineken in Africa (Hurst, 2019) was nominated for several international awards, including the BCA African Business Book of the Year Award. He has presented his work on four continents, including lectures at Cambridge, Princeton, Harvard, Sciences-Po and the Royal African Society in London.
