Daan Heerma van Voss

Daan Heerma van Voss (b. 1986) is a historian and author. He has written for several national and international newspapers, such as The New York Times, Vogue US, Pen International, Haaretz (Israel), Dissidentbloggen (Sweden) and Svenska Dagbladet. His novels have been shortlisted for a number of prizes and he was awarded De Tegel for extraordinary journalistic achievements. His much-acclaimed novel The Last War (2016) has been translated into German, Spanish, Swedish and Chinese. The Anxiety Project is his first major work of non-fiction.
