Rodaan Al Galidi will present the Macedonian translation of his prize-winning novel The Autist and the Carrier Pigeon in Skopje, in the company of translator Eli Pujovska. Pujovska will read some abstracts.
The Autist and the Carrier Pigeon was published in collaboration with the EU’s Culture Programma EACEA 2007-2013. In 2011, the novel won the European Union Prize for Literature; the book presentation in Skopje is supported by the Dutch Embassy, the Dutch Foundation for Literature, the EU info centre and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia.
