Dutch comic authors Barbara Stok, Bart Nijstad, Eric Heuvel, Jeroen Funke, Jasper Rietman and Dace Sietina are present at the Boomfest International Comics Festival in St. Petersburg. 2013 is the Netherlands-Russia year, a year in which the Netherlands and Russia emphasize their long bilateral relations.
