In light of the ‘Les Phares du Nord’-year, an intensive campaign in which the Dutch and Flemish Foundations for Literature aim to achieve substantial growth in the number of literary translations into French as well as greater visibility for Dutch-language authors in France, over 100 authors will perform at French events. Writer Margriet de Moor and illustrator Tanja Louwers will perform during Le Livre sur les Quais, which takes place from August 31 to September 2 in Morges, Switzerland. Margriet de Moor enters into conversation with Claire Fuller and Tessa Hadley about ‘Fictions of the Real’, Tanja Louwers participates in the youth programme ‘De drôles d’animaux’.
