Joost Oomen

Joost Oomen (b. 1990) is a poet, writer, performer and theatre-maker. He has published two volumes of poetry and appeared at various literary festivals in the Netherlands. His chapbook, De zon als hij valt (The Sun When It Falls), was published by Wintertuin Uitgeverij in 2016, and comes out in Italian translation with Tunué in the spring of 2021. De Volkskrant recently called him ‘the literary talent of 2021.’
