‘Libre cours à l’imagination’
Conversation between cartoonists Typex and Christophe Blain
25 November 2021
On November 25th, cartoonists Typex (NL) and Christophe Blain (FR) will participate in the interview series ‘Libre crous à l’imagination’ and talk to each other about their profession. Their conversation is open to the public, and will take place in L’Atelier Néerlandais in Paris, starting from 7:00 PM. This event is part of a series of discussions organized by the Dutch embassy in Paris in collaboration with the Foundation for Literature.
Which French colleague would you like to start a dialogue with? This question was asked to eight different Dutch cartoonists. Typex, pseudonym of Raymond Koot, said that he wanted to speak with Christophe Blain. The talks, organized under the name ‘Libre cours à l’imagination’, are moderated by Lucie Servin. In addition to the conversation between Typex and Blain, two more conversations will take place in 2021: Aimée de Jongh and Alex W. Inker will speak to each other on December 2, and Erik de Graaf and Carole Maurel on december 16.
