Upon invitation of the International Poetry Festival in Trivandrum poet and essayist Frank Keizer visits India from November 7 until November 12. His first volume of poetry Onder normale omstandigheden was published last year at Polis publsihers. The festival received a contribution in the travel expenses from the Dutch Foundation for Literature.
